Pamper Packer tier member

I've had concerns sent in to me about those in the apmper packer tier also wanting to be involved in the Test Dummy Contest, I would need to make an extra tier for that to work in order to keep the diaper art seperate still for the confort of everyone. So I'm going to take a small tally of the intrest in that.

The apple store made an update this month during November that seems to have increased the price of my tiers on their store to cover the fees or something that they were updating or something and it wasn't by a unnoticeable amount ether it was an increase of a few dollars , I have adjusted my settings so that my prices don't change on the store and that I will pay the new fees myself as I don't want the prices to differ like that it just doesn't make sense to me.
