Relaxing Home Yoga Sequence

Warrior Series - Step into Hip Pose

I'm working on the next video for my Warrior series! This practice is crucial in my recovery yoga practice, and I'm going to use the routine in this video for my program, for sure.

Hip Pose. That's what I'm calling this. The routine develops the primary structural movements for hips, to create hips that are more than just toned. The development along the core along with 5 adductor actions/muscles transform the hips for advanced warrior practice!
