Hey gang, I have a new practice to share with you this week. My arms and back were so sore after doing this routine so many times! I am renewing the dedication to my yoga and meditation time, and I will film it as many days as I can. Once you've explored the 20min routine, take all of that good psoas work and flip it upside down.
Watch, and try it for yourself if you like.
In the beginning, keeping your feet planted on the wall is tricky! Stability through your chest and activation through your hip flexors is the secret ingredient!!!
