I have to admit, that swimsuit ninja costume is one of the most ridiculous I've seen so far.
The scarf has Dforce applied to it. Again, this is normal proportions, instead of the oversized limbs that Street Fighter 5 has.

No, Genin Sakura and Tenten isn't converted yet. The only reason why I can use it here is because they are statues, and thus don't need expressions. Those model's face and hair are static meshes in this pic.

For such a simple design, the porting is surprisingly troublesome. Due to the ultra wide sleeves that clips both the main robe as well as the sleeve on the other hand, I had a ton of trouble trying to get it to morph properly.
I tried both the normal rig transfer method, and Dforce. But after messing around settings for half a day, found that the direct rig method is the best. This is not really suited for Dforce, but I did leave the Dforce settings in there, so if anyone want to ...

These models are a pain and a half to get out. Especially the Mistral outfit, AKA the season 4 outfit. The official Grimm Eclipse model is horrible as usual, and it is the MMD and SFM models that came to the rescue. I took bits from all three though, but retooled them quite heavily. MMD has a tendency to ignore good geometry when building meshes, with random holes and non connecting edges. I clean it up as best I could, but let me know if I missed any, SFM isn't much better in this regard, si...
