ANIMATION: Nyan Day (2/22/22)
Something for 2/22/22. In Japan, 2/22 is Cat Day because the Japanese word for two, "ni", sounds similar to how a cat's meow is written in Japanese, "nyan".
Well, speaking as a native Japanese speaker it's a bit of a stretch, but whatever. Any excuse to animate cats!

I would go over each line and save the best takes as wav files. I would label each file on the storyboard so I know which file to load when animating.
PK-1 meaning "Princess Kat, line 1", for example

Hello! Wanted to give an update on the next Fuzzy Princess cartoon.
I have gotten the last set of voices back this week! I'm now in the process of selecting the takes for each line.
This cartoon has 6 actors, most of who were in the first "Fuzzy" cartoon:

Ty Konzak - Kuma, Judge 2, Poet 1, Poet 3, Morcelo

Book and animation update!
Just wanted to thank everyone who pre-ordered the book! I'm overwhelmed with joy at the number of people who want to revisit the strip!
I placed an order for the books this past weekend. They estimate they will get them printed and shipped off within 2 weeks. As soon as they arrive, I will begin signing them and mailing them off the pre-orders.

Ask a Cat #3 Finished!
Wanted to let everyone know that I have finished animating "Ask a Cat #3"! Originally I was planning on releasing each segment as standalone, but I realized it works better if they were grouped together as a collection, so that's what I'm gonna do. Will still try to do more "Ask a Cat" shorts on a consistent basis, though.
First off is the thumbnail for the video, which is set to come out in January! Only thing left to do is add the opening theme song, but otherwise it's done.

Kick that jerk's butt!
There were several dialogues recorded for "Katrina" that never got used in the finished cartoon.
This was one of it. I liked it enough that I decided to animate it as a standalone clip, though.
