There’s a special place in my heart for this song. Mainly because my grandmother loved it so much. Naturally I had to sing it for the woman who made me take singing seriously. Without her, I don’t know where I’d be! If I’m being honest, I’ve been missing her a lot lately so I wanted to take a moment to honour that grief and channel it into the best gift she gave me - music. Practise makes perfect!

Here’s a wee BTS of me prepping for an online show. It’s never a quick process. I usually pick out around 30 - 40 songs and then I’ll whittle that down to around half a dozen which I can actually sing 😆 It always takes me a few days to imprint melodies and song structure. Especially melodies… your girl just takes a while to get it haha
