An abandoned comic page I attempted ??? years ago! I remember not liking his faces as they weren't very equine to me. I will attempt to re-do it though with my lightbox as everyone I've shown it to really seems to like it, even though it's only this page!

Happy to see each other again! Zack is getting used to Jimbob's habits already. (guy sure does love his beer!) Don't think he's had to carry so many cans n' bottles before!
Bit of a jump to the final panel, I prob coulda paced that better but the next page is gonna be tricky! I gotta draw a boat ;^; After that though they'll be coming out a little quicker. ;)

Finally had a moment to work on my comics some more!
I'm terribly sorry for the absence & lack of updates. It's on my mind though, and hopefully I can have a page or two actually done this month! It's my goal. That and have another sketch pack to show! :) Been fun actually digging up old sketchbooks and compiling them for sharing.

Honey's basic reference! I created her one night out of the need for a new dragon character. I love thick hips and long necks on dragon like characters. (makes them seem sort of feral? Especially if the tail is big too, for balance!)
I gave her little opals that grow like horns or spikes would. She loves all that glitters~ But soft gold and shiny jewels are loosing their luster. Honey desires something a little more exotic!

On one page of 8 1/2 by 11 I started roughin' out ol' Jimbob's recount of a really good summer he had years ago when he used to give boat tours. His buddy Tandy has a friend from the city whose never seen the everglades and Tandy could think of no one better to introduce him. He's also positive his friend wants to experience something else new as well.
This is sorta a comic in miniature, as this is 4 pages crammed onto one page. The finals will not be like this! Just thought it might be neat ...
