Early “DOGHAUS”

I think I’ve mentioned before how DOGHAUS came around in my head partly because of my own group of friends in my early years of college

Before I made the decision to make DOGHAUS however, I used to draw said friends as dogs all the time, and make little doodles and comics of us just kind of hanging out, or in classes my friends would ask me to draw them as dogs, because even then in school I was the “dude who drew a lot of dogs” lmfao

The Lavender Variety

Going to be posting a new mini series on my socials for pride month!

Focusing on lesbian culture and identity through small humorous comic strips with a fun cast of characters.

Been working on this for a few weeks now, I think it’ll be fun for me to embark on, and I’m excited to dip into some more comics other than Doghaus!! Y’all will get early updates on this as well :) I hope you all like it <3.

Helluvaboss BG Test

Back in 2023 I did a background test for Helluvaboss lol

I got rejected and my ego was crushed for a bit until I found out a lot of the artists working on the show were criminally underpaid. Also it’s a weird show now and I’ve pivoted away from BG design to focus on DOGHAUS.

Despite my saltiness towards the animation industry be it mainstream or indie, It was a really cool experience and it was cool to see how I could match the style!

The Boys of DOGHAUS Uncovered Concepts

Found what I like to think are some of the first sketches of the boys 👀

Back in my sophomore year of college, I had some buddies who I’d draw as dogs and put them in silly comics based on our own stories. This was essentially what made me want to make a comic about a bunch of college students who lived together, but DOGHAUS didn’t come around until around a year later.
