Hi everyone! I'd just like to take a moment to thank you for your incredibly generous support, even though I haven't been able to make a lot of art for Patreon this month. Unfortunately, I had a big mental health crisis this month which stopped me from doing pretty much anything for the last few weeks.

That being said, I'm starting to recover, and I'm excited to work on a couple of personal pieces before the end of the month. On top of the illustration I just posted, there's going to be...

I actually really enjoy the flat color version on this one! I think I should think about making my shading style less "intensive" and to focus on lighting next time. It just makes the picture pop a little more! That being said, I had a lot of fun shading her muscles in this one :)

This recent set of commissions was really interesting to draw! I had a chance to experiment with a lot of different poses and lighting types. 

I recently decided that based on the commission type, I'd change my workflow! To get a more readable pose and scene, I'd refine the sketch by drawing over the rough construction lines. To get a more dynamic and expressive pose, I'd keep the sketch rough and really focus on the line weight and general composition instead.

I decided to go with ShadaKing's characters! 

It took me SO long to decide because I loved literally every character that was submitted and I had such a hard time choosing!! That being said, I'm thinking of doing plenty more of these practice animations in the future, so there will be lots of chances for it!

Hey everyone! I'm very excited to introduce a new comic featuring Percy and Jord! This story is going to be around 15 pages long and is going to be very cozy and oral focused. Don't expect crazy kinky stuff, but rather a couple of dorks in love taking care of each other's morning wood!

Aura and Mizu's beach adventure - WiP shots!

I forgot to post these!! 

As an experiment I tried keeping the sketch lines very very rough for this set of images! On top of making the process a little faster, with this method it seems like I can focus more on making my lines expressive when doing the inking. It's too bad that I can't use this method on commissions, since the rough sketch is a cryptic mess XD

Help me practice animation! (Free YCH)

I've been doing animation practice for a while but I'm still very bad at it... that's why I'd like to ask you amazing patrons for a character to use in this short loop! 

I'm aiming to turn this into a lined and colored animation, BUT I can't guarantee it will be any good, so... lend me your character with caution! XD

This minicomic is fully rendered and shaded, as an experiment! It took so much time and I'm not sure if I'm going to ever do it again, but for Aura it's worth to go the extra mile, right?

Commission - A tender kiss (Wip shots)

This commission was a little bit challenging for me! Sometimes a prompt is simple and to the point, but it's hard for me to visualize it in my head in an interesting way. This time, I tried not to stress too much thinking about the composition and pushed myself to think in terms of color palettes instead. It really helped me put together the first sketch, and I hope to be able to use that mindset more in the future!

I'm particularly excited to share these WiPs because I've tried my hand at a new sketching style, and I'm happy with how readable it makes the preview sketches look! I think a more clear sketch is always really helpful during the commission process, but it's also important to find a balance between being clear and keeping the lines rough to prepare for possible adjustments.

When coloring, I started looking at the lighting and highlights before the shading, considering the whole figure under some kind of strong light source. I think it helps to create a more readable silhouette and just a weightier, more 3dimensional looking result!
