Coconut (Nekopara) went freediving all by herself in the ocean, but she didn't realized that she went too deep, and when she needed air the most, she couldn't get back up in time, and slowly drowned, sinking to the bottom once again, and laying down in the sand.
At least she would have the fishes for company until someone would come for her rescue.
