VTT Tokens: Forest beasts

Beasts!! Honestly there are far too many beasts to draw for one token pack, so I figured I'd split it up by ecosystem. These were a lot of fun to draw-- while I mostly draw people nowadays, my favorite thing to draw when I was a wee child first starting out was animals. idk if I'll do more beasts next or if I'll switch to something else before coming back to them, but I definitely want to do the rest of them sooner or later.

I really liked the way that first panel came out, so I isolated and colored it! As necessary as the speech bubbles are in order to convey information, I think they crowd the composition a bit. I like how quiet it feels with all the extra negative space around them.

When I was working on Raven's design for the comic, I spent a little too much time trying to figure out how his hair would look from the other side. I ended up deciding that keeping his silhouette pointy was more important than making his hair make sense, so now it just flips. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
