Hey remember when I said that I'd take a break on uploading pages to work on other projects? Well I changed my mind. Turns out there's only 5 pages after this before the end of the chapter, so it makes more sense to just take a break between chapters.

I'm going to be taking a short break from making pages so I can focus on other projects that are a little more time-sensitive, so you may see a lack of activity here for a bit.

It's gotta be said: it's really refreshing to be able to do pages that don't have a billion things going on in the background. It's especially nice to do panels where the background is basically just "slightly blurry white shape that suggests the presence of a window" lol.

ok whew sorry for that break between pages; I went to visit my family for the holidays and initially wasn't intending to spend more than a few days there, but the trip ended up lasting a bit longer than I'd intended, and I had a million time-sensitive things to do once I arrived home, and now my buffer has suffered.
The next few pages should be faster to power through, so hopefully I can build my buffer back up more-or-less quickly.

Mooooooost of the other ones are either relatively inconsequential to the comic, have had their designs altered, cut from the comic adaptation, or look generic enough that I'm not worried about sharing them before they show up in the narrative.

Some NPC tokens from the Alderwood campaign that our comic was based off of! We had this "custom race" in the setting that was essentially just lil' frog people, but really they were just reflavored Halflings. I think I technically put them in the campaign after Grung were re-introduced to 5e, but my goal was less to design a frog race (hence just using halfling stats) and more to sneak our son in the game in some form or another.
