I am working on publishing some books through Doppler Press in a coming months - collections of my stories and new material with a common theme. Erin Halfelven, the driving force behind Doppler, asked me about adding to my three TG stories set in the old west, so she helped me write one and sent me ideas for a few more, including this one, about a "girl" called "Trouble".

I always give credit for inspiration and where I can I seek permission from the authors to draw out their idea, or sometimes turn it on its head. Some are longer as one story in this collection will show. Some I am persuaded to draw out, but some remain just like some of these - just little whims of fantasy.
