There is a lot of AI art about these days, and some of it I really like. Flonker posts on Deviant Art and seems to like transvestites and large girls - some way too large. But I thought that this image was perfect so I sent Flonker a message and received permission to use it.

Erin thought it was too short, and it is true that I wanted the switch to be more gradual. Bu is the old story - the love interest turns up and everything accelerates. Bron said that she needed to re-read it to understand what had just happened, so I suppose it should stay short. Do any of my silent patrons have a view on this?

I wrote the first chapter over a year ago without any real plan beyond the plot visible in that first chapter. The name of the town (and therefor the story) has changed as the story evolved, but I think that it now sits well with the theme.

I had an idea about a man on the run stumbling injured into an isolated farm ruled with an iron fist by a polygamist patriarch set in modern times, but I needed another western so I made the changes and I think the story suits the setting?

My foonote is unfinished because I could not find a review I once read of a movie version of the story. It was not a shoot-em-up western but rather an introspective by Grey. It was not one of his 3 gender-bender westerns that drew me back to his material. Can anybody help?
