So I'm doing a test build with my temp assets while I work on the script just to get a handle on it... and it WORKS! IT plays MUSIC and asks QUESTIONS and the POINTS system works and aaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh! ok 5 minutes of gameplay took me 2 hours to figure out but still. Look at it! LOOK AT MY BABY

So it took me a while to get the paths and endings down. Writing a VN is not like writing a comic. Damn. Luckily our friend Riafeir has been helping in a production and story design role. REALLY been a big help to me so if you see her say thanks for me.

Lt. Freya - First Assignment UPDATE!
Just to keep you all updated. I've drafted about half of the story for this mini VN which I expect to take about 30-40 minutes to play each path. You take the role of Captain Morrison on his first day in command of the Explosivo. You meet Kiira and then... well, I won't spoil it but I draw on the short story "First Date" which was a patreon bonus last year! The story revolves around managing conflict and romance on your first day in command.

Hey! So I said i'd be dropping assets and updates on the VN. Well it's called "FIRST ASSIGNMENT" and takes place on the very first day of Fox Morrison's command of the Explosivo!
Here are some sketches of the assets for Kiira and Freya. As per a fan- I'll be turning these into Telegram stickers for you all when they're done.
For now I'm still writing the script- the coding should be fairly simple since I don't do anything fancy and RENPY is very user friendly.

The Pawcast - Episode 02 - HEPCATS (NSFW)
1. This comes with a trigger warning. Hepcats contains scenes of sexual violence, self harm and... it's just really a dark comic. I talk about my own experience and I'll be frank... I cry a little. Sorry.
2. I describe the cover of issue 11 wrong. What I'm describing is a scene in the comic. The actual cover differs. But. It's how I remember it! So it stays in.
