Added an option to replace clickbait thumbnails on cards with real ones. Settings/User interface/Where to grab card thumbnails
Added auto-translated subtitles. Auto-translated subtitles are located alongside regular ones.
Player: altered behavior for Speed, Chat, and Captions buttons. Short-click toggles feature on/off. Long-click shows the settings dialog.
