Just in case any of you were worrying we'd forgotten about Napoleon! We have not, and are working hard to finish Episode 4 - 'The Bridge at Arcole'.

WW1 All Parts - third time lucky??

As some of you know - after 1 year, 14 million views and no complaints that I am aware of - our WW1 video was recently age-restricted by YouTube (again!) 

They never give a precise reason, but presumably because of a very small number of photos in which human remains were visible. As anyone who saw the video knows, these were always in a clear historical context, and never very graphic.  This is very bad news for the video, because YouTube then stops ...

Quick production update - our two-part series on HMS Victory is finally on the way! It's been a long voyage but we have some great 3D graphics, tons of facts and figures, heaps of naval jargon explained, and as of yesterday, detailed photography of the ship itself. Just to let you know that Part 1 of The Decembrists - Russia's First Revolutionaries will be out at the end of this week. (Currently aiming for Saturday.) Here's a few sneak peeks. 

There's a lot of great 19th century artwork in this series. Something you might not know  goes on behind the scenes - I spend a bit of time repairing any damage and colour correcting every old image you see in the videos.. I've included a little example...
