Eyes are a bit larger than I usually draw them so will see how much I hate these proportions with this animation. lol

Also more detail in hair that usual. I might change the hair in final animation to be simpler for animation efficiency, but will have to see.

Ive been working on this one for a while so its great to see the final animation. Seeing how everything came together (especially getting up from the ground with reversed limbs lol) is amazing. Now that its done, I guess Ill just stare at it so more. lol

UDTG Rough Animation

In reference to the poll, this is what rough animations will usually look like (quality wise.) So you can see what stayed the same and what changed from the initial phase of animation to the clean animation. Not the nicest looking animation but hopefully gives more insight to what happens and the thought process. :)

Ive been thinking about posting the "rough animation" phase as progress posts for animations too. I have only been showing this part to the commissioners if it is a commissioned animation. The "rough animation" is basically when I draw everything quickly and with less regard to line quality, proportions, or anatomy so I can plan out how the animation goes from the first frame to the last. Busy month has been busy lol

This commission has taken some time but figuring everything out has been really interesting and fun. Was a bit surprised by the commission when I first was told about the idea, but I am enjoying working on it and the results. The getting up with the reverse limbs took a lot of time to animate since it was something I had never done before, but the experience has been great for learning. Cant wait to see final product once I finish it with colour and shading....

What do you think of the colour? Does it work, should I change it? Finding a happy medium between green and a "skin tone" was interesting.

Still figuring out what colours Im using exactly. The skin tone is the hardest part, more natural, green tint, or just green skin. Should figure it out soon. :)

Splash TG - Final Image

What do you mean it isnt summer? Its always time to go swimming. :) Will probably do more water based animations during summer too. In mean time, I am completing this animation.

Clean Animation of Getting Ready animation. Will do last second of the animation and make small edits before moving forward to colour and then shading. I made this one longer than I should have. lol Hoping to have this finished by Tuesday,  let me know what you think so far! :)
