At the New Years party last night, there was a house centipede terrorizing the bathroom. Though mortifying in appearance, house centipedes are beneficial- and then there's Taphos. Crushing doctors is not beneficial.

We needed a few creatures when developing the extra guards in Volume 3, and we tried out a pheasant and a wolf-dog, but they didn't really catch our need. The pheasant became a secretary bird, later to be Stiletto.
You can see sketches of 'Chappy' the bearded dragon chaperone secret service agent that appeared in the mall arc of Prelude.
