Finished a promotional photo-shoot of our prototype SKIRMISH gear last night- just need to film the test-group on Thursday, edit the video, and the SKIRMISH Kickstarter campaign will be upon us.

Animation Sneak Peek for Kickstarter

Here's a little pic of that animation Dave's doing for the Skirmish video!

I use a different procedure for handling lines in comic pages versus animations- comics I use the multiply blending mode, but animations I instead convert the grayscale data to an alpha channel.

These hair images that emerged during the process seemed interesting enough to share.   

I'm getting them shaded and finalized now- I'm surprised at how fast these animations are going, as opposed to the 15-second commercial from 2010.   It was only a few days for the actual a...

DK Easter Egg Hunt 2017 Contest, Patreon Style

Motor City Furry Con: The Troika Goes DBZ

The one and only Zagura also commissioned the DK Troika characters in a classic Ginyu Force pose Dragonball Z stance.  We're considering coloring it to be offered as a print.  And as a side note, Bobby's never heard of the show.

Motor City Furry Con: The Date That Never Was

We had a wonderful time at the MCFC convention in Michigan this year, and we were gifted some amazing ranch dressing by the fabulous Zagura, who commissioned Dave to draw Lilith and Bast going to a rock concert.  Zagura was also kind enough to send us scans of the art, so we've posted it here for you patrons to have a gander.

Sketch of the Month- Secret Service Guards

This month's sketch, voted on by the 10-and-up Patrons.

The idea was a depiction of the Guards as secret-service-type agents.   Lilith doesn't seem appreciative of her extra security.

Alcolynx Art

Just added a very old pic to the DK-wiki, and thought it would be nice here too.  It's an early drawing of an alcolynx drawn pre-2005.  Besides being found in the starfall mountains, they are also Randy's favorite animal, although he pronounces it Alcah-lynx.
