Blake and Yang - Cell shading video process

I got a super nice desk tripod for Christmas and this is my first video process!! I'm slowly learning how to edit video too 🥰 

I prefer that you can see my hand moving instead of the cursor going here and there by itself, so you can see even the easiest pictures take time to complete.

Tips for coloring

These are some small tips that really helped me to improve my coloring:

✅ Don't use very saturated colors, try to chose the color with more grey component, towards left on the color wheel. Otherwise the picture will end up hiper saturated.

✅ Choose a light source and try to be consistent with it

✅ Use lots of colors when shading skin, don't stick to 3 or 4 colors darker than the base. Add warm colors like yellow, pink or orange on the light side and cold colors like bl...

12/31 - Happy new year!

Happy new year everyone! 😀 This is my art vs artist 2021 🥰

This year passed very fast and it wasn't a good one still with the pandemic over us. But we can make next year better, taking care of ourselves and continue living and enjoying life.

Next year will be challenging, all of them are, but for me, I'm taking very important decisions that may change my life a lot so I'm scared but doing nothing is the worse choice.

I've been very busy with some stuff these past couple days, I almost didn't make progress in commissions. I'm getting ready all the paperwork and information to be an official independent worker. It's a bit complicated 😒

I'm working in a series of commissions featuring this character, king DDD on his human form, from Mario Bros universe. I was requested to draw him with....me! 😀

So here we are, it was very nice to make this picture ^^

A small personal illustration I finished today, something quick and simple. I was getting ready the Art vs. Artist meme and I realized I made less than 9 personal pics in ALL YEAR.

That's very sad and I'm not going to repeat this disaster in 2022.
