Andy Selfie - The Invitation

This one took a little while longer because I've made a habit of using more and more smart layers in photoshop, and because the images and smart layer contents are at such high resolutions, saving the smart layer and then saving the image to a static or .png file is a long hassle.

I also tried something new with the shading! Since this is Pokemon-themed, I thought I'd use some cel-shading type techniques here. Thoughts?

Firstly, I'm back from my break and it's back to the usual routine here.

Tried a little something new with this for a change. Some of you may know of my use of 3D refs for my works - This one was done purely by scratch, to see if I can use that proverbial "Third Eye" and cook up something, particularly with anatomy.

June Rewards Sent

Pledges have all been processed, and the rewards pack for June has been sent out! Along with a less darker Page 4 for North Rising. I thought it was just this laptop screen I was working on, but even on my phone, an LED screen, it was still pretty dark, so I brightened it up a little more.

Alright, so I was playing CTR Nitro Fueled edition a few years ago like mad with a few friends, and I just fell in love with Team Nitro, whom were formerly the trophy girls in the original game CTRNF is a remaster of, now playable. Been sitting on this idea, among a few others we shall see in due time! Drafted this up maybe back in May, but am now finally making some reasonable progress on.

It's near-complete, and we should see it here very soon!

North Rising - Page 4 (Finished)

Ah! Finally got around to finishing Page 4 up. The last update for this was well back in November last year, and around 10 months since I posted Page 3. There was a dip in creative drive for this story arc, but I think I'm back on the saddle with it!

A little quickie image I did last year, one I did under one of those "what if" scenarios. This is more or less a test image, to try and put aeros in a more serious light, also try and answer a question that has been on folks' minds a while now - what if one "wised up?" Decided to stop listening and go rogue?

Debating on whether or not to finish this, as I feel like it's already pretty neat as it is in it's current gritty, B&W style.

Fast-tracked this one in the last few days. Bit of a resurrection for an older Sangheili character I made way... WAY back in the day - the one on the left, Mako. A Sangheili Ultra that just recently became a Zealot, under the tutelage of his mentor, Kayto. So I couldn't sleep like, at all last night for very weird and specific reasons, so, what do I do now that I'm awake and unable to sleep? Continue working on this! Amongst other things. Most of the dialogue here was cooked up maybe an hour or two before I had to get up, my brain is just dried and shriveled up from a lack of sleep at this point.

This was also a little bit of an experiment in post-processing too, trying to get the lighter surfaces to pop just a little bit more in the ima...

Trigger in a Bind - Draft

Another idea I've been cooking up for a while now, but am now finally trying to get done and out the door for y'all pervs to enjoy! After two boxes of Pocky, here it is! Here we have Trigger, or rather A_Drunk_Dragon's interpretation of her (with his blessing of course) finding herself in a difficult spot with the twins, Hugin and Munin.

Hiding Spot (Finished)

Seems someone stumbled onto a mysterious new type of frame at some unknown location, likely somewhere they're not supposed to be! Looks like they have the kindness to offer the intruder a hiding spot, but seems there's a price to pay!

This took a while, but I'm satisfied with how it turned out! Believe it or not, work on the background was an absolute nightmare. Lots of back and forth work between photoshop and SAI. 

At The Track - Part 3 (Retouched)

Looking back, I saw this older post and remembered that I hadn't gone live with it on FA or so yet, and I recall seeing some things in it that looked off, along with things friends pointed out. Particularly Chris's eyes and knee looking a bit weird, and the girl's faces just looking... Off.

Went back, fixed some of it up, as well as updating the shading on them a little bit, and redid a couple more things too.

Here's a fella I don't give enough attention to, since he's supposed to be an aero version of Ren himself. Here, we have X-Ray, my XB-52 bomber over the skies of Vietnam, laying waste to a MiG that got too close to him, but not before sustaining some damage of his own in the process.

In regards to leaking content.

So it's come to my attention someone has leaked content from my page before it's planned release. Not only spoiling it for everyone out there, but also really undermining what it means to support me.

I should note that this hurts me especially, because I've had to rely on this page before to get me out of some financial spots. I have a job with an a guaranteed paycheck most of the time, but a time will come when it's not just enough. It's not going to do me any good if people are killin...

I just realize my last update of this was back in November. It's been done a while, but the background looked a bit plain in the previous version, and I went ahead and typed up some small bios for them and tried to fit it all in the image as best as I can. Was also debating on doing a uniformed version, but ah, this has waited long enough!
