I'll try to keep it short, Kasi is my very first OC back in 2016 and she is extremely special to me for that reason. I have tried many times over the years to bring her back with a new look that I am happy with. With not much success but I believe I am getting somewhere this time around.

Wooo and we are done, honestly the knowledge I gained from this is subtle. I can say for sure that I learned some new tricks and got some studies in for environment stuff. Also sort of figured out a new way to render Taeya's hair which has been a constant struggle but we might have cracked it now. There's still a lot of things to learn an I may have tried to learn way too much in one go but better than nothing at all.

OC Rework finished Batty

So we currently have THREE ocs in the works and I have no idea how to feel about that all together. My motivation has been all over the place lately, one moment I was working on Lilith then OH SHOOT I feel like making a dragon girl and now I felt like reworking my old bat girl oc (who doesn't have a name still)

I know it sounded like whining but I'm looking forward to getting these girls made and done.

Iaya Don Nō (Finished)

Seero Gauntlet design

With Seero's initial showcase the gauntlets were underdeveloped so I felt like delving back into it and work on a proper design for it.

Also a little fact about the gauntlets:
They were created by Seero but she's still inexperienced compared to Taeya, so after their first head to head they went to Taeya's workshop to tune it up so that there weren't any faulties.

Ruqa Practices

I'm slowly expanding on my characters more lately, here's some doodles of Ruqa when she reached rank Dan at the Aikido Dojo she went to. 

For those that don't do martial arts, Dan (usually a black belt like most MAs) is the highest ranking in Aikido. Also people need to be 16 or older to take the advancement exam for it.

So this Ruqa you're seeing is when she was 19 hence the shorter dreads. Present day Ruqa you saw before is 22.

Honestly went into this not feeling to confident with rendering but it feels pretty good.
I have no idea if I am improving at all with my rendering but I'm just trying to keep an eye out every piece on what I can add so hopefully it's still working.

OC Sarella Remake [Finished]

edit: So I wanted to make a new character but half way through working on her I realised I had a tanned character before and someone that I was unhappy with the design of, that being Sarella (the older sister to Cadella).

With that realisation I decided to adjust this around to Sarella a bit but not too much because I tried that with a previous rework of and it was a pain train because I was still holding on to her old design a bit much. But here we are with the new fresh remake of ...

Taeya Portrait

It is literally impossible for me to have a Taeya piece without the whole of her fro showing, it just doesn't feel right.
Anyways there's gonna be two versions, one without colored lineart and one with colored lineart. 

I stopped doing colored lineart a very long time ago because I just didn't like it but giving it another swing and feel free to let me know if it's a good fit or not

Currently in a weird place in terms of making characters, don't know where I want to go with things and just trying to figure stuff out. I hate being in this sort of limbo.
