I decided last-minute to stretch Monday's update into three pages instead of two, and of course there are two big fat elaborate backgrounds in there, so I'll post them a little later today for ya. :)

One guess as to how many little brothers/friends Paul has. (Hint: they're the same number).
If you've been a "help write the book" patron since the beginning, thank you for contributing to the outcome of Paul's pu...

Flawless wording, Edna.
(Thanks to my "help write the book" tier for naming our sweet old lady! Technically "Cheryl" is more her age range, but let's just assume she was named after a very nice old great-aunt.)

When in doubt: books. (But maybe not this book.)

Paul, the human version of a Monday, has returned.
Thanks to everyone who helped me with call center stuff on Twitter the other day! It's been uhhhh like 16 years since I worked at one of those, and things have changed a little. MUCH less satisfying to hang up on a customer, and I hear managers don't l...

Are you ready to read about my boring life? ARE YOU READY?? Spoiler, I did NOT leave the house, even once, even to stick my head outside, the whole day.
Here we go.

I always go to bed too late on New Comics Eve.

I'm really bad at making "just a short little comic" and this became monstrously long, so I'm imbedding it here instead of up top! Hope it works:

Does anyone else have such vivid dreams that if one little thing IRL doesn't add up, you begin to question if it's really IRL? This happens to me all the time.
Also does anyone skip installing the anchors because aahhh I hate installing anchors,...

A little sleep-talkin' for your sleepy Monday.
This is what Forrest looked like for the first two days he came home! Also: for several hours after any loud sound occurs, especially the vacuum.
I've been sitting on this for a few days because I'm still not 100% certain his name is gonna be Forrest! But, that's the name he came with, and it's the name I've been calling him. So, for now, it's Forrest.
I'll make a little bonus post for you top-tier Whole Elephant patrons in a moment, in part to share with you the cool n...

This is how most of my best plans are hatched, and all of my worst ones.
Happy New Year! You might already know that I take new year's resolutions pretty seriously (but not too seriously - 2019's was "grow out your armpit hair").
I miss making dumb little comics about what's in my brain. So this year's resolution is to draw an autobio comic every week and share it h...

I *still* have a stupid-long ethernet cable in my box of cords. Despite its stupid longness, it too would not have reached.
Here are those two pages closer-up!

Today's update has a few more hours' of work left, but I'm falling asleep at the tablet, so it'll be up sometime in the afternoon! Just didn't want you to think I forgot. ;)

These two might go through some revisions, but, for now, that wraps up chapter four!
Thanks for bearing with me these last two weeks; the online sale and studio tour took a lot of my energy and time. If you ordered Shepherdstown art from me, it's in the mail! If you ordered an Elephant Town page or a G...

I hope this psychedelic color scheme makes up for two things: one, that I only have one page to share with you, and two, that it's not actually the finished page! (Could you tell?) More on that in a moment...
The last week I've been busy preparing for the Over The Mountain Studio Tour that happened all weekend lo...

As promised, here's a heads-up that my new listings are LIVE (if they don't show up immediately, keep reloading, it may take a moment!).
Here's a big finger-friendly link to my Etsy shop!
And here are some individual links for easy access:
Hey friends! If you follow me elsewhere, forgive this superfluous post; I wanna make sure I get in all the cracks here.
THIS WEEKEND I'll be taking part in the Over The Mountain Studio Tour, which of course will be virtual, which of course means you can join us no matter where you are. I LOVE LISTS so here's a list!

Just two pages this week, but you can spend twice as long looking at all the little details. ;)
I'm gonna give my wrist the day off tomorrow, let it go totally limp. Brushing my teeth oughtta be interesting.

If you're like me, you're avoiding the news today but also nervously checking every website you told yourself was OK to check. Your email, Instagram stories, JUST your Twitter replies... okay, maybe just your email. You don't necessarily want to know what's going on, but you still want to feel connected.

I don't know if this will scratch that itch, but I thought it was a good time to shar...

I'm sure this is relatable or many of you.
Hopefully the falling-deeply-asleep-immediately is also relatable.
(But maybe not the getting-sucked-into-a-chair part.)

Elephant Town, the comic where it takes a month for the sun to set. ;)
Seriously though, thanks for letting me take my time with these. The next update will also only be two pages because I've got a lot of extra projects going this month (if you're a $5 patron you know at least one of them!). But, they...
