I’m just checking in with a progress update and a graphic to match. We’re all hands on deck at the moment making sure that everything is in place ahead of the 22nd. This rework is without a doubt some of our best work to date, and I’m not exaggerating when I say there are well over 3,000 new renders in the episode 2 rework, which is more than all of episode 3! May Exclusive Render #1 - Lindsey & small update

Hey everyone!

I just wanted to give you a quick update of what we're doing. The episode 2 revamp is going well, we've plotted it fully and writing on it has started.

We've also just published the CK1 code rewrite on the launcher and on Steam which means that ck1 and ck2 now share ~50% of their code so if there are any issues on ck1 they will be fixed for both 1 and it should make save transfers much more consistent.

We're going to wait a couple days to see if any issues ...

There is no way for us to let people properly play one episode without having played all previous episodes. Even though we've added a number of scenes to Episode 2 back in December, we're very aware that it has some fundamental issues that require deeper changes.

Exclusive Render #2 - Riley + Update about Android

Hey everyone,

Unfortunately we have two larger problems with the Android release, one is regarding authentication and another one is regarding ingame bugs.

Because some of these larger bugs are also apparent on the pc version, especially around saves and ck1 to ck2 save transfers, we've decided to take a few days doing a major code clean up which should reduce bugs, game size and make saves much more reliable.
