Tiers Update

Hello guys, due to having much more arts on Patreon and needing a bit more help with my life, I'm adding and changing some stuff.

• A new Master Tier has been added. It will have access to all my works from the start, like the old Master Tier. Apart from suggesting a character and voting, the vote count of the character that this tier suggested will be doubled by the deadline.
