Break Coming To An End

I just recorded the patron shout out for Candy Heart tier and one video to see how it will pan out with the new ideas I have for upcoming content. They will be very different from what I uploaded last year. More expressive in a way to help me cope better with the mental and physical issues that I have but also more creative and attention grabbing- I hope!

Falling Awake

I have been so stressed lately with selling my house that I was hoping to capture an irratic heart rhythm to share with you. But instead, I started to fall asleep listening to my own heartbeat! Can you tell at which point I fell asleep? Then, about a minute before then end, I suddenly was startled awake! You know-when you just about fall into a deep sleep but your body jerks you awake instead? Can you notice when this also happens?
