Man this was super fun.... Yet again she looks too much like Aloy!!! I'll be redesigning Max a little but I'm just super tempted to keep her hair like this?? Idk I'm conflicted!!
Next time I draw her in the Horizon AU I'll give her a killer outfit ;3 (Also give Chieftan Rick an actual face)

I love doing sorta fake research, makes me feel smart haha, plus I just love reading about ancient festivals and customs and such!! Like Saturnalia for instance, much like Christmas, is where you would exchange small gifts. A wax figure is a p good example
Besides that we have a unicorn Max wearing a wreath of mistletoe, hands holding out ('gifting') yew, which you might not want to take, a little candle because why not, it's cute, and lastly, a knight rick kissing unicorn...

Hey again!! I'm really excited to show you guys the little sketch I made for the Christmas Etch that'll be included in the Xmas package! I have the theme pretty much figured out and have already started sketching the sticker designs! I'm hoping to get those done this week-ish as well.
The theme will obviously be Christmassy, but more so where the themes of xmas used to come from. Such as Saturnalia, the Roman celebrations in December and kind of a precursor for Xmas itself!

Hey guys! I can't even begin to describe how happy it makes me to be painting again! I'm still taking it real slow (this piece took about 3 days to finish) because I'm taking regular breaks every hour/half hour to rest my tense muscles. Um, wow, this painting was a struggle and a half, lotsa mistakes made but managed to fix most of them!!! I'm so happy though, I honestly wasn't sure I'd be able to finish it in time (It's past nine pm here already)
