5 weeks progress pics

Officially down 17 pounds in 5 weeks weighing in at 200.2 today.

These past 5 weeks I have focused on a high protein diet while following an animal based way of eating which consists of lots of organic free range eggs, grass fed red meat, wild caught seafood, whole fat dairy, organic fruits and raw organic honey. I would also supplement daily shilajit, a clean electrolytes drink (LMNT), mct oil and collagen.

I am finally back down to my lowest weight since starting my health journey. My first goal weight was 200 back in August of 2021 when I weighed nearly 270. I’d always get close and then life would happen. I’d fall off the wagon for varies reasons. Typically it would be traveling with others who loooovvee to eat.

Just heard back from the folks at patreon and they stated my account is scheduled for migration on Aug. 15th. Once that is complete, you will see your subscription show as per month and not as per creation like it is currently.

Thanks for being patient with me! After much headache, I have found that my account was too old to host subscriptions which is why it was stuck charging you guys per creation. After talking with Patreon directly, they are going to migrate my page to the new system so that subscription tiers will finally be available. This should be completed some time this week.
