It can be hard to try to picture ourselves in a positive place, or sometimes we may set goals but doubt our ability to see them through.
This is an exercise in visualizing a goal and sticking to it, visualizing that you are making your way through to the end of what you set out to do

I know it's spooky season and I should be doing some spooky shoots, and there's more of that coming up!
