Possible Adjustments to Boss tier

I'm thinking about adding to the Boss tier rewards since its particular benefit doesn't really come up often. At present, my main plan is to include a fully coloured version of the monthly sketch alongside the existing stuff, but nothing is set in stone yet. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.

A quick explaination

For the sake of clarity, the streams will happen at the end of each month, and new images will be posted at the beginning of each month. It's not exactly a precise schedule, but it's worth mentioning that there is one nonetheless.
