Now here's an under-appreciated character! It's Junko Miyaji, from an anime called FLCL! This is a commission I was asked to do a while ago. Turns out that Chondra's trusty hula hoop can be used against her! Oh well, at least she can practice her aerial hoop poses now! And in case she needs some motivation, you can always give her a few slaps or pinches... or perhaps a friedly tug on that rope running between her lovely legs ;)
