Our weekend art takes a look at some letters back home. This is what you missed, Marlie! You chose soul-stealing succubi over an angry sexy teacher lady that maybe only wants to kick you in the teeth. And you'd probably get along pretty well with Love. You share fine taste in haircuts and both seem pretty huggy (but you could definitely take him in a fight).

We continue our What Ifs into the fine civil service that the Mercynaries do by looking back at the guy attacked by the alien symbiote. Tough trade. Sure you're hosting an alien parasite, buuut you do get to rule a planet and have a lustrous mass of hair so fine you can mold it into your own furniture.

We got to work from home today due to the Super Bowl traffic, so I put the time not spent commuting into some doodles and did a color test for a character that will show up in Manitou. She might have some relationships with some known characters. What do you think, Slapeggs? I might want to go lighter/more pink on her jacket. Maybe change the color of the buttons too, they kind of get lost in the red.

I thought it would be fun to do a Mercynaries "What If" series of pictures showcasing a world where the Mercs weren't around to do their mighty good. Or bad, depending on your viewpoint. All I'm saying is that the wizard may be a jerk, but he has some good style.

I was hoping that by skipping the Dark Souls games, I could get back into the franchise with Bloodborne. That was very much not the case. With one day lost to the hassle of moving everything over from the old computer and doing all the set up (including 30 minutes trying to figure out why the monitor wouldn't work to find out that during initial setup, you can only output to HDMI but then you can use VGA after that, fun!), I think I'm up and running again.
