In times of dire need, it is said there is a legendary beacon that can be used to call for aid from creatures far and wide. Supposedly this beacon is an enormous jewel that would be the prize in any king's palace or dragon's lair.

You hold a gem up and cause it to glow with bright magical light, which damages creatures nearby. The type of damage depends on the material component you use.

It's kind of light spirit guardians, but does a little less damage, doesn't slow creatures, and you need to keep holding up the jewel for the spell to keep going.
