As a treat, this one is open immediately for all patrons so it can be used before Halloween.

The limitation of not being able to read anything in the vision is to prevent "I send a vision of this entire letter I wrote to my friend with Keen Mind" abuse of the spell.

Many campaigns have dragon gods with names like Bahamut and Tiamat. This is a domain specific for those two deities.

Instead of simply giving this dragon-themed monk subclass features of chromatic or metallic dragons that would mostly be combat-related, I decided to make these monks 1/3-casters based on the T'ien Lung (celestial dragon, D&D's version of the Tianlong, the heavenly dragon).
