REQUEST and TIER REWARDS CLARIFICATION.
When the monthly request open for you have all that month to post them,
even if its the last day of the month u can still put it up there.
If you are selected as the tier winner you do have 5 days to respond, if you dont then i move on to the next person, i do this cuz request for the month have to be out on the month, well i try too.
