I wanted to use at least one wall of classic red brick to contrast the colorfully framed photos. I'm not sure how easily a group of college boys could hang pictures on brick without some serious drilling or the like, but I expect where there are a group of pigboys together, a clever solution would be found.
Perhaps they glued them up with mud from the backyard sty?

This wall commemorates the pledges' first encounter with Pledge Master Maynard and their less-frightening moment with him in the common room when he offered them pointers in how to put on a good show.
Former pigboys in open-faced hoods surround the two focal images. You'll find more hooded pigboy brothers at the end of this set.

This photo wall was meant to showcase portraits of Pledge Master Maynard and President Otis, but I was also able to include my friend Nigel, who long desired to join the ranks of the pigboys. You can see him in the upper right corner, the charming fellow with the Mohawk in the blue frame.
You'll find a few other aspiring pigboys in some of the frames upon these walls. None of them have appeared in my books in any other way...at least not yet.

The center image here of fraternity president Otis can also be seen in the common room. If you scan the room close enough, you may be able to spot it. The images surrounding him you may recognize from previous Pigboy volumes.
Some, like the yellow-clad Gilroy, did not see print originally in the books that featured them.

I was just commissioned to do a page of comic art (yes, I still do that) for a fellow rubberman. He wanted to see a couple guys in wrestling singlets, one of decent build and the other "jacked" as he put it, and he wanted a rubber theme to it.
I suggested an idea for a brief story rather than just a drawing or two. Like...what if the two wrestlers were grappling on a living rubber mat? And that mat would wrap around whomever got pinned on it and turn them into a gimp?

HOWDY, FOLKS!!
Thanks to you, I have been able to spend more time on the final layout of PIGBOYS 5, and it is coming along beautifully! I have been making fine progress and hope to have it finished sometime this fall.
