It's still a Work-in-Progress, and will be done by Mid-December at the most. It's possible that it might be delayed even further as I have too much stuff going on at the moment, IRL and 3D Development.

Very luckily, my NVME, ram, GPU and all hard drives are functioning properly. I'm still unsure about my CPU but my Mobo is completely fried. I've ordered a new one and that's coming on Tuesday so Day 20-21-22 will be posted after then, but if my CPU turns out to be also dead, then may need a couple more days after that for it to arrive as well.

Supposedly, there are some 'potential side-effects' to sperm retention, however not too life-threatening actually... Aside from the physiological problems you'd have during the month, it's actually pretty harmless but not exactly healthy for you or your mind. Nonetheless, KEEP GOING!
