Working on the upcoming release. All new quests/ scenes are in at this point, except for the new capture quest. Since it's the first interconnected quest, I am working on the system for that.

It's the iteration of the cat!

For the next version I am focusing on adding content for Kassia since she was in the lead for the poll. This will include adding scenes for the side job, a date in game, as well as defeat scenes.

There will be other improvements to the game as well as adding abilities for admin level subscribers that will make combat easier.

I am shooting for a release towards the end of January to get everything working well.

Working on the next version

Thank you for all new patreons and of course continuing patreons for supporting me!

Now that 0.1.2 version has been out for a week, I've been rendering for the next version. The structure of the game is pretty much set. Now I'm filling it with content. 

For the beginning, there will be in game and irl scenes that are filling the first week and extending into the new second week. I'm also hoping to add some monster scenes as well.

Reworking quest system

I know the new update is taking quite a while. I have the new scenes all set up. However, I realized that because they're taking a good bit to go through, saving in the middle of the scenes should be possible.

This requires a rework of how the quests are set up so loading a save will bump you back into the scene you left. I have the system all worked out and it's working fine. However, I have to redo all of the existing quests to make it work.

Breakthrough the wall

After finally getting over this virus, I continued working on the defeat scene.
Unfortunately, I realized the code I set up for it just didn't work. It was making it too complex and hard to handle.

So, I threw it in the garbage and started again. The new architecture now allows for scenes to be handled as blocks which means you can go back and forth from scene to scene, depending on conditions met. It also records your actions and will allow for that replay to go in.

Progress update

Progress has been slow since I got hit by a virus. Still working on the defeat scene, but it should get done by next week.

Mostly coding now, but it will be the base for all other defeat scenes.

On the plus side, I am putting together a second render machine which will help get more scenes out.

Working on Capture scene

Here's the (late) progress report:

I am currently working on the first capture scene. It's basically introducing that type of gameplay and as such a lot of coding is required.

Other than that, not a lot else. Renders are all done and the writing is in progress/ getting cleaned up.

I would expect the next release in 1-2 weeks from now.

Happy (early) Halloween!

All story scenes for the next versions are either post-worked or in the pipeline at this point.
I am now working on incorporating quality-of-life changes as well as the first capture scene. It's not Kassia, that is planned for the version after this.

On a side note, I've decided to use the same names out of the game and in-game. I noticed reading becomes choppy over time with two sets of names. So now, you have Fasa, Harper, Kassia, and Lura.

If you've played the 0.1.1 version, you were left behind in the monster camp.

The story will continue in 0.1.2, with the first monster gameplay. My render machine has been busy rendering all those new scenes.

Progress and Patreon change

Today is as good a day for an update. First things first:

Patreon is now offering subscription billing. This means you will no longer be automatically billed for the 1st of the month but for month over month. So, if you join on the 20th, the next time you will be billed will be the next 20th.

I am back at work.

First, I'd like to thank you for your patience. I am excited to be able to work on the game again.

I've reworked a good part of the mechanics. Right now the plan is to finish the initial monster part and release it towards the end of the week.
