I have wonderful time of recovery after hard 2023. I do sleep a lot, walk with my girls, meditate. I don’t check any social media and almost not using my phone. Only maybe 5 min per day and of course I talk with dad. But also I’m not watching movies, YouTube and the most important thing is that I’m not reading news. Some kind information detox. I start practicing when I moved to Dnipro in 2017. One year of practice and it was wonderful experience. But then I decided to start doing yoga with Helen (she worked in this ballet studio) and now I do yoga almost 6 years!!

Sorry guys for the delay. I forgot to turn off 4k quality and it was hard to upload this video from public WiFi. 4 hours of spa was so good that I don’t remember anything because I felt asleep on massage and in Turkish hammam stream room. It is very interesting variation of sauna but it also includes rituals. Very helps to recover after stress.

This hat was given to me by my father's wife. It is made from astrakhan fur. It belonged to her grandmother! I think this is the most perfect hat I've ever owned.
