[WIP] Working on Muraka Project!

I’ve decided to do some changes in the Webcomic to feel more comfortable and less stressed :3

• Using Procreate instead of Paint Tool Sai. Seriously each day I love Procreate more and more! This is not the best program to do comics... but Sai neither. At least Procreate allows to add perspective guides and create straight lines, which is really helpful.
• Simplify the style, but trying to keep the same mood. Although I still use a lot of lay...

August is here! [Rewards]

Another month starts and again I have to say thank you so much for supporting me here! It really warms my heart!

And also I have to say sorry because, as you already know, this last 10 days I’ve been on vacation (without wifi haha) so I couldn’t finish all the rewards for July :( But of course all of them are going to be available in August! (Sorry if I spam too much here!).

CRINGE

Another weird attempt! I was wondering how a combination of more realistic rendering and my style could fit. But the result is just terrible! I think I like how the nose and mouth look this way, but definitely the eyes don’t match!

Anyway I really enjoyed practicing and trying new things, so I’ll continue practicing with this shading, maybe changing the eyes?

3 characters finished!

Hi sweeties! Today I’m feeling a bit sick because of a headache... but I could finish the three characters. This event was really enjoyable and challenging for me!

I’m thinking about make them a DTIYS, but also, create a Patreon event for August. This next month I will do some tutorials about character design and the event could be create your own character for this universe! What do you think? :)

Character 3 WIP

Well, actually is the third character but I prefer his design before the supposed 2º character (I will show her soon too!). Some people proposed different things I really loved! Like iced blue eyes, a rainbow eye, a lot of freckles, scars in the back... so here is the mix!

If people like these designs I’m thinking about doing a DTIYS with them, would you like to join in that case? :)

Sneak peek! Creating a character together!

Here is WIP of the character sheet I’m doing for the event I started on Instagram! All the ideas were too amazing so I decided to do at least three characters in the same universe. This girl is the first one, what do you think about the color palette? I think I’m not very used to these striking combinations, but I wanted to create a “fantasy” hair for her!

Also, the style here is simplified, once I will finish the three characters I’ll create a full illustration for...

I really missed drawing nature backgrounds so here you have a drawing where Mura is wearing a curious outfit and hairstyle! Also being on vacation and spending these days surrounded with mountains and vegetation is giving me so much inspiration! :D

Textured Painting

I’m taking these days I’m on vacation to experiment with my art style. About one year ago I used to make my drawings a textured look and I think Procreate has interesting tools which allows this. Also, this drawing is inspired in my trip (we are seeing a lot of beautiful cliffs here!).

I don’t know if any of you have this program but I would love to share my brushes with you soon :) Also a tutorial about gestural controls would be nice, since there are a lot of tips which helps to...

I planned to submit the full process of this drawing but I’m so sorry, I’m in a village these days and the Internet works really bad so it’s imposible to upload long videos... I will upload it (and other heavy files I’m preparing these days) once I’ll come home to Drive and to Patreon!

Portrait Practice

I’ve been feeling a bit worried about my art skills, since has been a long time I didn’t draw something more realistic... so I did an attempt with Procreate (30 mins) and this was the result.

[Muraka Project]: sneak peek

Hi sweeties! ^^

This is a quick doodle I've just done to add to the new chapter I will upload tomorrow. I wanted to show that Trece is a hybrid dragon and therefore, a magical and immortal creature. Magic flows through his body, and connects his wings to the marks under his eyes. 

When magic connects, Trece is able to heal his wounds almost instantly.
