Quick Update

Said this on Discord but might as well post a "formal" update here:

Last week I managed to chip one of my molars on a caramelized nut, but since it wasn't hurting, I didn't think much of it and booked a regular appointment with my dentist.

That turned out to be a mistake, as now the whole left side of my face hurts and I can't focus on anything, so I haven't been able to do any work. At the moment I'm checking if I can go there sooner or just go somewhere else.

Trivia: Ever since Raven's introduction in DC Comics Presents Vol 1 #26,  DC in-house artists weren't too keen on drawing her with pants (or any  sort of extensive costume over her bottom half), claiming that "it would  be too hard to draw a costume big enough to cover her dumptruck ass  every panel" and other similar complaints. [Preview] Buttstuff with Raven

So, Patreon got a redesign, huh?

I thought it looked alright, but then I realized there's a new "Insights" tab with detailed numbers on number of pledges and other graphs like that, very lovely to be haunted by that sort of stuff right at my frontpage!

It's also still slow as hell. I don't know why it should take 8 seconds to go from the main page to the post creation screen (I timed it cause I'm petty like that) when I have a fiber connection and a reasonably new PC.

This one was a bit of a pain to finish. While I had a clear idea in mind and the outline went quickly, the editing process was a pain while trying new stuff. I definitely need to streamline that more now that I'm doing more captions for polls. Hopefully it's still enjoyable!

Filth and Loathing in Night City (Chapter 1)

"Where's the PDF?" you may ask, and the gist of it is that, once I was outlining this story's final scenes and asking the commissioner what ideas to cut, they decided to greenlight all of it instead. The slight cliffhanger I had ended on was a nice way to end a chapter, though, so we decided to split it in two.
