WATER TERRAIN TOOL - ACHIEVEMENT

Dear patrons,

I have created a (faux) water tool for The Sims 4. Place my "faux water" object on the corner of your lot, then when you dig, there's water :) it's not swimmable but you can fish in it (see picture in the tweet down below)

SWIM EVERYWHERE - VIDEO DEMO

(DEMO - NO SOUND) 

Hey guys, 

Here is a little demo of what I finally achieved! Making any world swimmable (ocean or river). It still has a few glitches as you can see in the video, but I'll keep working to make them go away.   Your sims can swim, ride a water scooter, or sail a boat in Brindelton Bay in this video.

ACHIEVMENT - SWIM EVERYWHERE

OH MY FOOK!! I DID IT GUYS  

I am now able to make EVERY piece of water, (whether it's the oceans or the rivers) in The Sims 4 SWIMMABLE, in any world, FINALLY! 

And you can sail your boat or scooter anywhere!  I've been working on this for so long and just cracked the final code. It works like Sulani, nothing more needed!!   I AM SO HAPPY

Stunning Screens Mod

Dear Patrons,

Another small mod is coming. You might know I'm not a huge fan of loading screens, so...

It wasn't the exact intention at first, but I ended up creating this CC loading screen. Its called "Eco-Lifestyle Stunning Screen", it will be available tomorrow to you all <3

BASE GAME Compatibility, and maybe I'll create more with other packs but right now I'm working on Brookheights as you may know ;)

A few discoveries I made yesterday in the game's files made me create a new mod!

My new "Pro Build" small mod is available right now to download on early access and will go public next week :)

The features are: 

- Unlocking the roof heights (make them higher) 

- Unlocking the roof pitch (make larger) 

- Adds 7 DEBUG premade blocks 

- Adds 4 DEBUG flat roofs 

- More detailed wall items heights (no Alt)...

Open World Brookheights Interactive Buildings Demo

Dear Patrons,

Here is a little demo of how the Open World buildings work.  

There are tags (that will be changed in the near future) on the map to show where are located the open world buildings : 

- Green is open building 

- Blue is rabbithole 

- Red is the active lot in the middle (64x64)

OPEN WORLD #1 - City Reveal !

It's official !!! And some of you have already guessed recently with some hints I hid on twitter or in my YouTube videos... The very first Open World will be set in New York City ! I'm working very hard on the first Open World right now, the trailer will drop next month.

DEMO - PORT PROMISE SEMI OPEN NEIGHBORHOOD

Did I just create a semi-open neighbourhood in Port Promise with swimmable water docks, community space and grocery store? I sure did ;)  

I have no plan at the moment to release this unfinished business in Port Promise, I just wanted to give you a glimpse of what I am up to ;) 

Just a reminder : I am creating at the moment an "open world" that will replace Magnolia Promenade, with a theme of a famous city. Then, I will create more worlds and bring life to existing ones....
