Aries Hot Girl Summer

Well, summer is coming to an end, but I feel like this outfit is the perfect transition piece going into autumn. 😘

The wonderfully talented Oliver posted this outfit in the discord server, and it screamed Aries. I spent way too long rendering this... but, like, can you blame me?

I included the sketch in here, too, because it was so fun to compare the sketch to the final render!

Char Sprite

Wow! Char had an explosive introduction! I am so thrilled people have enjoyed her confidence and flirty nature! 

Char is a character I have had in my head for months and months! I didn't introduce her before because I wasn't confident I could tell a good story with her yet--the other two members of the ensemble were still a bit elusive to me. Now, I am thrilled to bring her into the Ashwood Grove Universe! 

Girls in Sundresses: Aries

Aries is the next girl up for Girls in Sundresses! 

Aries has a fashion I would describe as "e-girl baddie who is also alt and maybe is expressing herself physically because of her strict upbringing." It's a mouthful, but, hey, it's Aries. 

For that reason, Aries wouldn't have a "traditional" sundress. I went with more of a simple, satin-like dress and added some of her Aries' staple body chains to spice it up a bit!

Poppy Sketches and Character Concept

First all, let me thank MJ for writing the script and creating Poppy as a character! 

I don't have too much to add--MJ gave me a wonderfully clear image of Poppy's design when they were discussing their ideas for the audio. And, to no one's surprise, we were on the same page. 

Fun fact: I had the name Poppy on my list of possible character names. When MJ suggested the name, I was floored. We joke we are twins, but it's getting just a bit too freaky sometimes!

Unused Taylor Script
