Render from hell!

I'm finally happy with the animation. But...

I have had to really keep on eye on this render, as Blender keeps crashing during the render, slowing things down.

But it seams stable for now, so hopefully It will run overnight without issues.

(I'd post a pic from the render, but I really don't want to disturb the render computer, out of fear!)

I am also still working on a new computer, I'll make a post on it tomorrow, and tell you all whats up with that.

Its almost time to start rendering the animation!

Just going to go over the run cycle again tomorrow, to make sure there is nothing I have missed, then I will take this over to my render pc, and start rendering the different camera angles.

I managed to have him running across the landscape in a way that looks nice. (I hope.)

There is also good news! I might get a commission for a new character! That would mean more much needed money for another computer, as well as another character to add to my roster!

Happy with the saddle rig, just need to make it all work together.

I technically take the weekends off, but I really never do.

Anyway, I am making progress with the saddle and the gnoll, animating the poor little dude bouncing around down there.

I am currently thinking I could make a nice but short run cycle loop, and render a few different views.

(I'll post quick render versions of the different camera angles here.)

Tell me what you think about doing a shorter cycle with more views?

Making good progress!

So, I have set up the saddle! 

(The strip on the front should not be there, but it is late, and I cant be fucked spending another 20 mins to render this on my work PC.)

I have also done work on the saddles rig, it was not a hard as I thought it was going to be, still needs work, but the rig will do some of the heaving lifting for me when its done.

After that, I'll work more on the run cycle, even though I'm already pretty happy with it, and I can also animate the poor g...

The Next animation is, Gnoll belly rides a dragon!

This one was a tie between seeing a gnoll take a dangerous ride under a dragon, and a pov of you giving the same dragon a blowjob.

But the 'bellyriding' animation just managed to win it in the end.

The saddle you see here, is held up by bullshit, but with wings in the way, what you gonna do?

But I like to overall look of it, so I will go and make a proper version. Then I will animate a run cycle for the dragon.

After that, things are going to get interesting...

The next animation poll is coming, and you can share your ideas!

I was thinking I would make a poll in a few hours time, but I decided to give you all a chance to share your ideas.

If I like them, I'll add them to the list of options on the poll.

If you have a cool idea for an animation, one that uses my current characters.

(Would take at least a month to make a new one!)

The ending is on its way.

It is late as hell, and I need sleep. The ending to the animation is almost half way there, I'll let it render overnight, and into the day. The animation will be out soon. I'll also put up a poll for the next animation when I am rested. 

Also, I did manage to get the render time down a little, so yay! 

(From just shy of 5 mins, to 4.30 mins on average. This is a big difference over time!)

The ending is being rendered.

I had to go away for a few days, for new years. So I started the rendering the ending of the animation.

It got in a good chunk and then crashed...

But hey, shit happens, I have got it back on track, and the render will hopefully be done by tonight, or at the very lest, it will be done by tomorrow.

I have started building another render computer!

Ok, so the top two items, are my current computers CPU's, the bottom one, is the one I just bought with the furry budget.

Over the course of a few months, I plan on buying parts and getting this PC built. Then I'll have two render machines. 

More computers means faster renders!

Faster renders means more room for error, and maybe more views!

It feels like its been an age since I have gotten to work on furry smut, so I can't wait to get back and do something. 

I tried to work on smut here, but with all the family fun, I have not really had the time.

And I still have to do new years! 

But I will get the Christmas animation done, well after Christmas maybe, but still!

Ok, Looks like the loop will not be ready be the 25th.

This sucks, its not a good feeling, but at the very lest, the animation should be out by the end of the month...

I will put whatever is ready together at the tail end of the 24th, and see if I can upload it on discord just for you guys.

Sorry I've missed the deadline, I know you guys where looking forward to this, I may look into making animations in 30FPS instead of 60FPS.

The middle loop had issues during the render, so I am having to re render it all!

I did check in on the render, but due to the nature of the issue, I never noticed anything was wrong until I tried put it all together. 

(I guess I need to be more thorough with my checkups!)

BUT, at least I have fixed the issue, and my computer is rendering away again. 

The bad news is I will not get the full thing out on the 25th, It was a little ambitious. But I may still be ...

Time is flying by, but I am close!

The ending for the animation is almost done, hopefully I can finish it off, and get the render out before the 25th!

But life is starting to get in the way, so we will see.

If not, I can still post the middle loop, but I'm aiming for gold.

Also, this animation is coming along pretty fast all things considered. The next thing I want to work on a little, (Aside from adding sounds!) Is better camera angles, that's something I need to improve on.

The start of the animation is rendered!

The middle loop is rendering away, it takes a long ass time to render, even though Its only 5 minutes a frame. 

(That's very quick, All thanks to the computer Dbl Helix sent to me!) 

Its about one forth of the way there! Rendering is a slow process. This is way I would like to get my hands on another pc, just to speed up the process a bit.

I also want to look at getting a nicer microphone in the future, for s...

Also, I have started playing with simple sounds, just adding dumb ass voice overs in blender, but It could be possible to add the sound of a creaky table! (As well as some muffled screaming, and lovely nature sounds.) 

Well will see, I have to finish this first! 

Then, I get to play with adding sounds, then I see what I can do!

Life has me a little busy, but the render is coming along.

I try and post once every two days at least.

The start is rendering away, and will hopefully be ready soon. I've stopped rendering during the hottest part of the day though.

Also, the middle loop is looking good, it will be ready before the animations start is done rendering.

Then I'll start rending the loop.

Then I'll need to get the ending done.

Depending on time, I may end up just posting the middle loop for the 25th, and getting the rest out later,...

Good News! (The ram issue is fixed!)

So I realise something, my fast render pc has only 16GB's ram.

BUT, my old modelling computer has 32GB's of ram.

And both my computers use DDR3 Ram.

So I had to open up both computers and swap them. 

Long story short, my faster computer can now render with its graphics card, without running out of memory!

And I can still take single shot test renders with my old pc, using the cpu.

Bad News!

Ok, my new pc, the one I use to render my animation quickly has 16GB of ram.

The issues, is my animation needs 32GB or more, to render with the GPU. 

(The same amount my old PC uses.)

I did not realise this until I started trying to render the first parts of my animation tonight.

Not all is lost. I can render with the CPU, but it will be slower. We are currently looking at about 8 mins a frame.

Not good, not for my animation time frame....

Should I allow non patreons to hang out in the discord?

The beginning is almost ready to render!

The next part of the animation I will be working on is the middle loop.

That part should go a bit faster hopefully, as time is running out. I have to put in a lot of work later at night, as there is often people in the house during the day.

We just like Christmas over here, it will be even more hectic, once everyone is on there holiday leave.

Ok, I was working on the animation, when I remembered I should set up this discord.

I only just managed to get the patreon bot to join my discord after a half hour of messing about, and now it is late as hell as I type this.

I was able to add some Christmas themed restraints. I'm really happy with the little bows!

Just a quick question!

On my currant working animation.

The gryphon is fucking an anthro raven over a table.

But, is it consensual, or not....

(Is the gryphon raping the poor raven man, or are they both into it.)

Anyway, getting the rig on the Raven man working proved a little challenging, but he is working now.

I will have to go and make a few props real quick, and a scene as well, but that's tomorrows problem.

The new month is here! And I am gonna need to get a move on, if I want to get an animation out before this months end!
