A gentle twisting practice to massage the organs and help to flush out toxins. Begin with a cooling, detoxifying breath and then move into crocodile/sphinx/seal, half frog, lots of reclined twists, and half happy baby. Drink lots of water afterwards to flush out the kidneys!
