GROOVY - Persona 5 Dancing in Starlight | Shoji Meguro

I did Dance! from Persona 4 Dancing so it's only natural that I did GROOVY from Persona 5 Dancing! While Dance! was really fun and upbeat, GROOVY has a much more rebellious feel to it. It's quite fitting for the Phantom Thieves.
