Sometimes you have a mix of location and model that just begs for a vintage style look. Am definitely brought it. Her look went well with several different processing styles.

Poland, like most of northern Europe, stays pretty cloudy through large parts of the year and I saw very little of the sun during my weeks in Warsaw. The sun came out, however, during this shoot so it must have been Gracja who brought it with her.

This is a set from my dance phase of photography. I love dance photography but after doing several dance-themed shoots I quickly found that I needed more education on the finer points of dance forms. That doesn't stop me from shooting dancers, though! I just need a little more help from them in selection.

The Toronto area is a great place for modeling and photography. Lots of interesting locations and backgrounds, an active fashion scene, and a number of great models.

I started receiving requests for this woman even before I could finishing processing photos from this shoot. Rachel hired me for another shoot and people started seeing photos from that shoot on Rachel's Instagram page. Fortunately, we already had another shoot in the books by the time I started getting requests.

I mentioned in an earlier post that Araina was the only person I worked with that I knew was listed in the IMDb. I don't think I mentioned what screen credits she had that got her listed in the database. She currently stars in the TV series Petrol, which has won a number of Canadian Screen Awards. Early in her career she worked as a news anchor for Naked News.

It's been a crazy busy time. I'm crunching through a set for a client and I have another client shoot coming up. COVID gave me lots of time to work on photos but squashed my business so I had no new photos to work on. Happily, now people are starting to come out again and want to shoot! Yay!

Inna was staying at a friend's house so we decided to shoot there. Her friend had this great antique sofa that looked like something out of 1920s-era boudoir, so naturally that became the theme.

Shortly after I started the session with Lexi, I mentioned something about trying to find a different vibe for a boudoir shoot. Lexi told me to wait just a minute and then pulled out this faux leather suit. She got out of her lingerie, squeezed into the suit, and asked if this outfit worked. We continued the set with her in the suit.

We thought we found a somewhat private area to shoot but quickly found ourselves with people wandering all around us. I swear they watched where we went and decided to follow us. That posed a bit of a problem with Alexis wanted to change outfits because our private location no longer was very privat...
