I had a lot of fun with this one. It was a challenge to get his varying degree of greys and blacks without being a black blob. I also really loved playing with the blending of gradients.

I was very honored to partner with friend and author Edie Skye, to capture one of her iconic characters from her best selling series, Titan Mage! Captain Alyssa, of the Blue Heron.
It was a lot of fun to work on this. I don't get a lot of opportunity to work on pin-ups, as much as I love them! Sure, this one is a little tame, but the full, high res, spicy version is up for Main Sequence Stars and above!

This past Sunday I had a table at SC ComiCon Jr. While I wasn't as successful as I hoped, I still had a good time and made some new connections.

I've been running around like a chicken with my head cut off trying to get both my lodging and belongings squared away.

Finally finished the flats on this thing! The home stretch for both of these commissions is finally in sight. And then, it's right to work on the next queue.

Managing to get some work done this week. Thank you all for your enduring patience. Here's the commission works in progress I have going on.
Really hoping to at least finish the big illustration this week, and get on some traditional art next week.
Streams are once again on hold. I hope to pick them up again later in the year when I get settled. I really hoped to stream last month's illustration. But life comes at you fast, I guess. All you can do is keep moving.
