Afterparty Sequence 2 Progression Update

It's still progressing along nicely. It's my goal to have it out this month.

I've got it sorted out in my head how it will play out. Some blocking done and lighting work. The plan is for him to carry her over to the couch and lay her down, continue pounding then pull out and finish on her chest. I think it'll be hot and a nice lead in to the 3rd part.

Here's some rough draft/concept images I worked on this morning from the initial setup of the story building section from the Max Victoria Nathan Scene.

More Progress on Nathan + Max Side scene

Working on a loop from this section, came up with a good scenario for this scene as well.

I've been kicking around in my head how to approach Warren finding this going on. Maybe he stops by Max's dorm to give her something but finds a note saying she's gone somewhere with Chloe, but Max forgot to close her laptop where she was talking to Nathan on the webcam to arrange more party favors or something.  Of course Nathan also left his webcam on. 

WIP Update #2 for Sequence 2

So far sequence 2 is coming along nicely. While I was double checking some parts today for rendering I found another camera angle I can story tell some more with so I sorted it out.  

There's some weirdness going on with some of the movements in a small section. I figured out what's causing them but I'm not sure how to fix them without messing up other stuff. It's like a couple frames and probably not noticeable to most so I'll chalk it up to learning the Animations Layer plugin s...

Just a couple WIP stills from the section I've been working on today.  Putting the final touches on this section so it'll be ready to render and be there ready for post processing.

Side scene setup

With the release of this new location by ubermachine I setup the initial poses for a little side scene last night.

Made this little poster set for the occasion. I'll probably animate these after I finish sequence 2 while I'm working on sequence 3

Might use this for the cover for sequence 3 when it gets a little closer to time. 

Early Teaser for sequence 3

I got a bolt of inspiration last night and had to start a base pose for sequence 3.  

It's still pretty early for this section but you gotta ride those inspiration waves when they come on that strong.

I worked on this Last night and did some color correction and adjustments this morning.  I think I'm happy with the result. 

Fun little Black and White

I always loved black and white photos. It's super satisfying to develop the film of them and create prints. I'd love to have a darkroom to develop my own film.

The color one is same frame but  slightly desaturated 

Small WIP Update from this section

This next sequence is really coming together. Playing with this new Animation Layers Plugin has been awesome and I look forward to using it from the very beginning and developing a work flow around it.  The level of control it brings is just fantastic. 

Experimenting with Color Grades

Accidently clicked this pinkish / red LUT and I find it quite interesting.

Purple is just straight out of blender and the pinkish red is with that LUT and some other adjustments in DaVinci 

The next section is in the works

And I don't think it'll take nearly as long to release as that initial one since there's more direction and more knowledge backing it lol. 

A moment from the Afterparty

I've completed a section from the After party! This is but a moment from that night, 1 of at least a few.  I don't know if I'll ever put them all into 1 flowing like 20 minute scene simply because my skills are always evolving  but I plan to make each moment from the night its own contained scene.

I'm also not 100% satisfied with this but I need to continue going forward and advancing my abilities. I don't want to get too caught up in fine tuning and never put out something ...

Been working on...

So I've been working on this section while I figure out exactly how to make a money shot in the other part I've been talking about. (Or rather understanding how to implement it into my scene from smutbase Particles system + Geonode blend file. This  Geonodes aspect is completely new to me and something I've never done anything with but I like how it looks and I think it would work well with it so I must figure out how to make it work with this scene.

This should be interesting since i've played with the color correction all along. I think I've got each clip somewhat close but they're slightly different I also changed a light mid way so it'll be kind of different. I want to continue moving forward though so I'll leave it for now. 

A Little update

I've got a story building section I've been working on, got the first part in Resolve. Trying to wrap my head around the fluid simulation to do the next section of it and I think I've just about got it. It'll be slightly comical with how much fluid comes out but I've been messing with it for too long and really want to get something out there so this can hopefully grow from a monologue to a community lol.

Anyhow, also working on another area of the room with Max and one of her besties ...

Almost done with this section

So after playing with color correction, adding sound to that clip I posted I thought it might be kinda weird to jump "on stage" in the wild with that clip and it'd be more interesting to open with this section that's leading up to that so this is what I've been working on since then and I'm very pleased with it.

After some advice I altered the lighting and I think it has a more dramatic feeling/mood than before which is excellent so Ill most likely be changing that last post.

WIP Update

Another version of that still from earlier in the month. I'm really digging the purple hue/ glow, reminds me of a black/uv light. Every time I play with the color correction I feel like I'm honing in on the style I like and I fear Ill not be able to reproduce it lmao (Probably just inexperience, but I feel each time is closer).  This section looks wildly different between camera angles too. I'll probably need tweak the blender compositor as I render, between sections to make it look righ...

Just digging through the folders and I found this WIP still from the rough draft I started this journey with. 

Current section in process

Just a quick, no additional, outside of blender,  color correction, wip of the current section I'm working on. It's a lead-up to the section I put sound to. Speaking of sound I have no idea how the audio will be on this.. probably music. Maybe some insufflation sounds, assuming I can find them.

If this scenario/scene was a burrito, I took a bite out of the middle first lol.

Blender only Color Compositing (wip)

I gotta say, I'm pretty pleased with this color correction using only blender nodes.

Just a Couple WIP Stills

Work in progress still captures from the leadup section to the previous 2 minute clip I posted. Color correction just done in blender and I'm quite pleased so far.  

This has been a challenge animating but I think I'm getting it and when I make the movements into action strips I think it'll dial it in quite a bit.
